With over 35 years of consulting experience, Pallavi is the Quality Lead for Accenture in the Americas. In this role she is responsible for working with clients to solve business problems and innovate by driving quality programs across all industries in the Americas. Previously, Pallavi was the Midwest lead, leading all of Accenture’s business across 13 states, and prior to that she led Accenture’s Public Service business across North America. As the Executive Sponsor for Accenture’s Apprentice program, she is passionate about providing equal opportunities for a broader based set of talent, including those that do not have four-year college degrees. Under her leadership, apprentices are now 20% of all entry level hiring in North America. Pallavi serves on the WE CAN organization and the International Women’s Forum of Massachusetts. She is a trustee of the Rush University Medical Center. Previously, she has served on the boards of the Boston Museum of Science, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, the Accenture Foundation, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Pallavi was recognized by The Women’s Edge and Globe Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Massachusetts (2023, 2022, 2021). Pallavi was named Crain's Chicago Business's Most Powerful Women in Business (2019) and also named on their Tech 50 list (2018). In 2019, she was awarded Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Roundtable. In December 2016, she was named by the Chicago Tribune as one of their "10 Businesspeople to Watch in 2017.“
